Our Rating: GOOD – 6
Dusty dirt and gravel interior roads and fairly level sites. Our site was shaded, but so close to our neighbor 
that use of the patio awning was not possible. No table or room to put one. No cable or OTA TV and tough to get a clear shot of satellites with 
a roof mounted dish. WiFi strength was fair, and Verizon cell/data worked well. Overpriced for what you get, but there's not much else in the area. Overpriced at $35/night. Base Camp RV Park
