An interesting park - more of a mobile home park populated by RVs. Many permanent residents, but with nicely landscaped lots. Short term guests have paved, level pull-thrus with grass and trees. Sites are close together, and interior roads have to be navigated slowly. Nice indoor pool, spotless laundry(s), and friendly residents. Good WiFi, OTA TV, and clear shot at satellites. Verizon cell/data were good. Close to I-5 and shopping/dining. A very nice park. $37/Night Blue Ox RV Park
