Our Rating: GOOD – 9
We’ve always enjoyed our stay here. Friendly check-in, paved roads and sites, a short walk or shuttle ride to the casino, and reasonable prices. This time we opted for a back-in site, they’re much wider and ours had a view of the bay. Hookups all worked well, and the WiFi was fair depending on how many people were using it, and cable TV was good. Verizon cell and data service were good. Although just off Highway 101, the park is quiet at night. The park price includes use of the hotel pool, hot tub, etc. The casino is one of our favorites; fairly loose slots, a very good restaurant, and an excellent seafood buffet on Sat/Sun, and an never failing friendly staff. The park requires pads under your jacks, but if you don’t have them, they’ll loan you some. Convenient to shopping in North Bend/Coos Bay with a Super Wal-Mart close by. Always a great stay.
