Our Rating: GOOD – 6
Friendly owners at check in and escort to site. Paved interior roads and level concrete pad with patio and table. Good Verizon cell/data and park WiFi. No obstructions to TV satellites 
and plenty of OTA channels. Very secure with key-card gate and tall walls with razor wire. We really liked this park and it's owners, but the constant rumble of nearby trains 
is a deterrent to a return. still, a value at the Passport America rate of $24/Night. Shady Haven RV Park
