Our Rating: UGLY – 2
We really wanted to like this park; the new owner was friendly, outgoing, and very helpful. But the deteriorating appearance, road noise, and trashy permanent resident area was just too much of negative for us to stay again.
Sites are gravel and share the curbside area, with no picnic table or trees. Our site's electrical was jury rigged with a wobbly 50A box linked to an extension cord. No cable, but good OTA selection and few obstacles to the satellites. Spotty WiFi but good Verizon cell/data. 
We watched as a resident's dog wandered around and marked his territory on our tires and a cat used the site for a litter box. We can't recommend or stay here again. Passport America rate is $18//night. Edgington RV Park
